On the occasion of Defence and Martyrs Day, a dignified ceremony was held at the Martyrs’ Memorial in Quetta Garrison. The Chief Minister of Balochistan attended the ceremony as the chief guest, while the Governor of Balochistan participated as the guest of honour. The Corps Commander Balochistan was also present alongside the Chief Minister.
During the ceremony, the Chief Minister laid floral wreaths at the Martyrs’ Memorial and offered prayers for the departed souls. Senior civil and military officials, armed forces personnel, and the families of martyrs also attended the event. The sacrifices of martyrs and veterans were paid glowing tributes, with the reaffirmation that the nation will always remember and honour their unmatched contributions.
