فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ جامعات میں اساتذہ کی تنخواہوں میں پائی جانے والی تفریق کو ختم کیا جائے گا اور تمام تعلیمی عملے کی تنخواہوں میں یکسانیت لائی جائے گی تاکہ نظام میں انصاف اور شفافیت کو فروغ دیا جا سکے۔ مزید برآں، غیر ضروری معاون اسٹاف کی بھرتیوں کی حوصلہ شکنی کی جائے گی اور ان بھرتیوں کو ختم کیا جائے گا تاکہ جامعات کا مالی بوجھ کم ہو اور وسائل کا درست استعمال ممکن ہو۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے اس موقع پر ہدایت کی کہ جامعات میں میرٹ اور شفافیت کو ہر قیمت پر یقینی بنایا جائے اور جدید دور کے تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ نئے تعلیمی شعبوں کو فروغ دیا جائے تاکہ طلبہ کو عالمی معیار کے مطابق تعلیم و تربیت حاصل ہو۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جامعات کی آمدنی بڑھانے کے لیے مؤثر اور عملی اقدامات کیے جائیں اور محض عمارتیں تعمیر کرنے کی بجائے تعلیمی معیار کو بہتر بنانے پر توجہ دی جائے کیونکہ اصل کامیابی مؤثر تدریسی نظام سے حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ Government of Balochistan Decides to Take Action Against Doctors and Staff Involved in Illegal Strikes and Hospital Closures

The Government of Balochistan has initiated departmental action against doctors, paramedics, and pharmacists involved in illegal strikes and hospital closures, as announced by Provincial Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar. Show-cause notices have been issued to 29 doctors and pharmacists, including Medical Officers Dr. Bahar Shah, Dr. Kaleemullah, Dr. Saboor Kakar, Dr. Yasir Achakzai, Dr. Mubarak Khan, and Dr. Abdul Malik. Pharmacists Ejaz Agha, Abid Abdullah, and Fareed Khan have also been served notices.

According to Minister Kakar, a principle decision has been made to suspend all doctors, pharmacists, and paramedics responsible for forcing hospital closures. Government spokesperson Shahid Rind stated that the registration of the doctors involved in hospital closures would be revoked, and the government is considering writing to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) for further action.

The provincial government condemned the disruption of public healthcare services, terming it alarming and unacceptable.
