Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has strongly reacted to the recent statements of Opposition Leader Umar Ayub, once again inviting him to visit Balochistan. In a statement on social media, he said that Umar Ayub had talked about the separation of eight districts of Balochistan. In response, he had invited him to see the entire province and urged him not to use Balochistan for political gains. However, Umar Ayub once again attempted to twist the narrative, prompting the Chief Minister to take a firm stance, emphasizing that Balochistan should be kept out of political maneuvering.
Sarfraz Bugti further stated that he personally called the opposition leader to brief him on the situation in Balochistan, but Umar Ayub seemed unable to comprehend the reality. He reiterated his invitation for Umar Ayub to visit Balochistan so that discussions could be based on facts rather than rhetoric. Meanwhile, the government of Balochistan has also strongly reacted to the opposition leader’s statements, as Umar Ayub continues to criticize the law and order situation in the province over the past two days.
