A high-level meeting was held in Quetta under the chairmanship of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti to review the overall law and order situation in the province. During the session, a detailed briefing was given on the recent Sra Dakkai incident by the Inspector General of Balochistan Police, who presented a complete report on the matter.
Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti made it clear in strong words that the terrorists involved in the incident will not be spared under any circumstances and will be brought to justice according to the law. He directed the authorities to take action beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of Levies and Police to ensure no hindrance in operations.
He emphasized that those who shed the blood of innocent people in Balochistan do not deserve any leniency and must face immediate and decisive action. He firmly announced that the pursuit of terrorists will continue to the last limit and no one will be allowed to disturb the peace of Balochistan.
The Chief Minister instructed concerned departments to enhance the existing response mechanism to ensure timely action in case of future incidents of terrorism. He stated that elements hostile to peace will be dealt with strictly and that there will be no compromise on the rule of law in the province.
At the end of the meeting, prayers were offered for the martyrs of the Sra Dakkai incident, and full solidarity was expressed with the families of the victims.
