Balochistan: Two Years of Struggle and the Return of Peace

Two years ago, Balochistan faced a crisis that left governments confused and powerless, but with the relentless efforts and consistent measures of state institutions, the course of events has changed. In this period, terrorist networks were dismantled, and every individual who posed a threat to the province’s peace was brought to justice. According to the law, traitors and facilitators of terrorism were also dealt with in the same decisive way that is practiced across the world.

Today, Balochistan has entered a new era. Its roads remain peaceful, and no nationalist group or B.Y.C. faction can block them under the guise of propaganda. Comprehensive and effective legislation has been passed, resulting in a sharp decline in missing persons’ cases. From B.Y.C. to Mama Qadeer’s camps, one can clearly see the remarkable reduction in complaints.

Those who failed to spread propaganda within the province now sit in Islamabad, holding up old photographs. Many among them have been linked to one attack or another in the past. This highlights the fact that the space for propaganda in Balochistan has been uprooted.

The journey was not easy. It took two years of hard work, sacrifice, and determination for the province to reach this stage. Now, the youth of Balochistan no longer turn to nationalists or terrorist facilitators for solutions to their problems. Instead, they place their trust in the state. Today, state institutions are addressing their issues, and this trust is giving Balochistan’s future a new sense of hope.
