Under the education-friendly vision of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti, the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEF) has taken another remarkable step. In the academic year 2024, under the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Matric District Toppers Fully Funded Scholarship Policy, a total of PKR 53.21 million was awarded to 314 talented students across the province. This initiative is not only a revolutionary step in promoting education but also a beacon of hope for bright and deserving students at the district level.
For the academic year 2025, BEF has officially announced the continuation of the “Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Matric District Toppers Fully Funded Scholarship Program.” This scheme is open to all students from across Balochistan who secured outstanding marks in the 2025 matriculation exams. The scholarship offers complete tuition fee coverage along with an annual stipend of PKR 162,000, enabling students to continue their educational journey without financial barriers.
Eligible students are directed to check their names in the merit list, download the BEF scholarship form, and get it verified from their current educational institution before submitting it to the BEF office by 15th October 2025. In addition, if any student with higher marks is missing from the list, they can submit their objections by 20th October 2025.
Through this program, the youth of Balochistan will not only be relieved of financial burdens but will also gain access to greater opportunities for higher education. This initiative reflects the government’s strong commitment to promoting education and securing a brighter future for the next generation.
