The spokesperson for the Balochistan government, Shahid Rind, has stated that if the opposition can help improve the situation, the government is willing to hand over the leadership of the negotiation committee to the opposition or Dr. Malik Baloch. He also mentioned that there is a threat of a terrorist attack in Quetta during the BNP Long March, and the government is closely monitoring the situation while taking necessary precautions.
Shahid Rind invited the opposition to come to the negotiating table to resolve political issues and take responsibility for improving the situation. He emphasized that the Balochistan government is fully focused on maintaining law and order and is implementing all necessary measures to prevent any potential attack.
He further stated that the safety and security of the people of Balochistan is the government’s top priority. All institutions are actively working to ensure that no unfortunate incident occurs. He urged all political parties to work together for the development and peace of Balochistan.
