Approval of Road Projects from Mari Top to Baker and Sui to Kashmor on the Instructions of the Chief Minister of Balochistan

On the special instructions of Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the approval has been granted for the construction and rehabilitation of major highways in the province. The Planning and Development Department has sanctioned funds for the Mari Top to Baker and Sui to Kashmor roads, and work on these projects will commence soon. The construction of these roads will facilitate local transportation and pave the way for regional development.

The purpose of constructing the Mari Top to Baker and Sui to Kashmor roads is to provide better travel facilities to remote areas of Balochistan and connect them to main highways. For a long time, residents of these regions have been facing difficulties due to the poor condition of roads, making travel both challenging and time-consuming. Following the special interest of the Chief Minister, these projects have been prioritized to ensure the provision of facilities to the public as soon as possible.

According to government sources, the construction of these roads will not only benefit the local population but also boost trade activities. Due to the lack of infrastructure in several districts of Balochistan, the pace of development has remained slow. However, the current government is committed to providing modern and sustainable travel facilities across the province. The completion of these road projects will facilitate the transportation of commercial goods and promote tourism.

Public circles have welcomed this decision, expressing hope that work on these projects will begin and be completed without delays. The improvement of road infrastructure in Balochistan will not only enhance convenience for citizens but also play a crucial role in the overall development of the province. The implementation of these projects will help provide modern travel facilities to remote and underdeveloped areas of Balochistan, which could prove to be a milestone in the region’s future growth.
