For years, the narrative of “missing persons” has been used to malign the state of Pakistan on international platforms, especially in the context of Balochistan. A recent revelation has exposed yet another face of this deceitful campaign. BLA terrorist Babar, who was killed alongside Aslam Acho in Afghanistan, had a mother named Taj Bibi who now resides in Germany. She falsely claims that her sons, Zakir Majeed and Abdul Waheed, are among the missing persons, using this narrative to mislead the world. However, credible evidence confirms that her sons were initially in Dubai and are now living in the Netherlands and Germany.
Despite knowing the whereabouts of her sons, Taj Bibi continues to accuse the Pakistani state of enforced disappearances, trying to gain sympathy from international human rights organizations. Official court records, documentary evidence, and video footage clearly prove that Zakir Majeed and Abdul Waheed are not missing but are, in fact, living comfortable lives abroad.
This entire scheme appears to be a deliberate plan to defame Pakistan’s security institutions in the eyes of the world. It is disheartening to see a mother using the veil of old age and perceived victimhood to mislead the nation and protect her terrorist sons.
Pakistan’s state institutions must respond to this false propaganda with facts and evidence at international forums to expose the reality behind the missing persons narrative. It is not about human rights; it is a fabricated agenda aimed at weakening Pakistan and damaging its global reputation.
