Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, made a surprise late-night visit to Dera Ghazi Khan and visited the Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology to inquire after the patients. The visit was unconventional and reflected his strong commitment to public service. While interacting with the hospital staff, doctors, and patients, the Chief Minister closely observed the modern facilities, advanced equipment, and the dedication of the staff.
Sarfraz Bugti praised the overall performance of the institute, calling it a true blessing for the people of South Punjab. He especially appreciated the tireless efforts and professionalism of the team led by MS Dr. Ramzan Samra, who have made the institute exemplary in its service delivery.
He noted that the project is a result of the vision and leadership of former Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, who provided healthcare facilities to this underprivileged region—facilities that were once unimaginable. His sincerity and commitment to public welfare have put South Punjab on the path toward modern healthcare.
The visit of the Balochistan Chief Minister stood as a testament to the fact that the spirit of public service transcends borders, and commendable initiatives should be acknowledged beyond political affiliations.
