In a message issued from Quetta, Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti congratulated Pakistan’s first Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal General Asim Munir, on assuming his new responsibilities. He stated that this appointment is being viewed across the country as a positive step and a symbol of national stability. According to the Chief Minister, Pakistan has progressed as a strong, peaceful, and welfare-oriented state under the balanced and professional leadership of Field Marshal General Asim Munir.
The Chief Minister further emphasized that under his command, the Pakistan Armed Forces have demonstrated unwavering commitment at every stage of national defense, successfully thwarting any hostile actions from the enemy and strengthening the nation’s confidence. He added that every officer and soldier guarding the nation’s borders has complete faith in their leadership, which further reinforces the defense of Pakistan.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti described Field Marshal General Asim Munir’s vision as a significant milestone for national security, defense strategy, and the promotion of peace.
