Following a tragic traffic accident on the Makran Coastal Highway, Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti contacted Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah by telephone. During the conversation, both leaders discussed the condition of the passengers injured in the bus accident near Ormara and the medical treatment being provided to them.
On the directions of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, seriously injured passengers are being immediately airlifted to private hospitals in Karachi to ensure timely and better medical care. In this regard, an official statement has also been issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti directed the Deputy Commissioner Gwadar and other concerned authorities to ensure the prompt shifting of the injured and the completion of all administrative arrangements without any delay. He emphasized that all necessary steps should be taken on an emergency basis.
According to the district administration, all passengers injured in the accident belong to the province of Sindh. The Government of Balochistan is providing all possible assistance to the affected individuals and is closely monitoring the situation.
