Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has strongly condemned the alleged suicide attack during the protest led by Balochistan National Party (Mengal) chief, Sardar Akhtar Mengal. In a statement on social media platform X, the Chief Minister assured that the government would conduct a thorough and impartial investigation to bring those responsible to justice. He emphasized that terrorism, in any form, is unacceptable and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the province.
CM Bugti also assured that the government would provide whatever security Sardar Akhtar Mengal requires to prevent such incidents in the future. He directed the concerned authorities to conduct an immediate and comprehensive investigation into the incident, assessing all security aspects and implementing necessary measures. He reiterated that the government is committed to protecting the lives and property of the people and will take all possible steps to ensure peace and stability in the province.
